The week, every week.

Rain is not weather in Huddersfield, it is scenery. The sessions below run fifty two weeks a year, dark or light, and every one of them splits into pace groups so the front and the back both get a proper session.

Leeds Road track

Structured reps with the coaches: 400s to mile reps depending on the block. Every pace runs the same session, just at your speed.

Hills

Pavilion, then the cobbles

Huddersfield is not flat, so neither are we. Short steep reps in winter, long drags in summer. The session everyone moans about and nobody skips.

Greenhead Park & beyond

Unofficial but universal. A vest at every West Yorkshire parkrun most weekends, then a flat white and a debrief of everyone's splits.

Long run

Pavilion

Three groups: 8 miles steady, 11 miles with hills, and the fell group who disappear onto the tops with jelly babies and poor judgement.

Coached blocks

Winter builds the engine. Spring spends it.

Track sessions run in twelve week blocks written by Sandra and the coaching team, building from autumn strength work to spring race sharpness. You do not need to understand any of it; you just need to turn up on Tuesdays and do what the whiteboard says.

Every session has a walk-in version. Miss six weeks? Come back. The whiteboard forgives.

Zero to Viaduct

Never run before? Even better.

Twice a year Lucy runs an eight week beginners course from the pavilion: walk-run intervals to a full 5k, in a group where absolutely nobody is judging anybody's pace. Graduates get a vest, a round of applause and a lifetime of Thursday hills.
